Kevin gets a little side-tracked on his latest mission. Meanwhile, Yvette begins experiencing side effects of being on earth.

In “How to Be Good,” Kevin initially believes that Tyler is the one in need of help. He pushes his opinions upon the nice guy. Even though Tyler is happy with his life as is. Honestly, this episode really makes us love Tyler for who he is.
Kevin urges him to move out and get a place of his own. Tyler says his mom is his best friend, so why would he want to move out? Adorable!
Then he must be miserable at work with Lucille ragging on him all the time. Nope, he likes mingling with people and knows Lucille needs him, even though she’d never admit it.
After two strikes, Kevin finds something Tyler could actually use: a car. They find one for sale and the former Wall Street hot shot is ready to start bargaining. Ironically, everything instantly goes Tyler’s way. He makes a new a friend and gets a great deal in one shot.
As they’re backing out another car slams into them, totaling Tyler’s new ride. Yvette swoops in with a miraculous save that oddly has Kevin unscathed in his ejected seat.
The universe is sending another sign, his mission wasn’t to get Tyler a car. Kevin has more work to do. Unfortunately, he now has a tail following him on his bizarre business. More on that in a moment.
Squabbling sisters.

Kevin’s real mission is to patch things up between Lucille and her sister, Ann (Kate Flannery). They’ve been feuding ever since their father died. Lucille claims Ann stole everything from her and they’ve been specifically beefing over an antique grandfather clock their father brought back from Germany.
Lucille asks Kevin to retrieve the clock from her storage unit, but we soon find out that she had him steal the clock back from her sister. Uh-oh! Kevin tries righting his wrong by reaching out to each sister in hopes of setting up a meeting.
At first, Ann seems like an angel, but once he tells the truth about the clock, she lashes out at him even worse than Lucille ever did. Ouch these sisters are mean!
In an idiotic attempt to make things right, he breaks into Lucille’s house to steal the clock back. Seriously, what is he thinking? Yvette washes her hands of this stupid move and you can’t blame her. She can save his life, but she can’t save him from his own stupidity.
Unfortunately, things get even worse.
Busted.

Chloe follows Kevin to Lucille’s house and warns him when the cops approach with their sirens blaring. Kevin ends up behind bars and Nate has a heart-to-heart with Chloe. She needs to help her mom out by not getting mixed up in Kevin’s shenanigans. Amy already has enough on her plate. He gives her a chance to call her mom. Of course, she uses the opportunity to save her uncle’s skin.
She calls Tyler for help. In a great scene, the nice guy stands up for himself and sets Lucille straight. He’s let her get away with treating him like crap, but he knows how much she really needs him. He threatens to quit if she doesn’t drop the charges. Way to go, Tyler! Dustin Ybarra is crushing it!
Kevin and Chloe agree to keep their arrest a secret from Amy, since they’d both end up in a lot of trouble. Looks like Kevin is reverting to his previous bad judgement.
Problem child.
Yvette makes some excellent points… #KevinProbably pic.twitter.com/c04fz9H0WP

One of my favorite parts of this episode is when Yvette takes Kevin on a walk down memory lane to remind him of how he’s been a selfish little troublemaker. He shouldn’t judge the sisters, since he’s done his share of damage in the past. He’s getting his second chance now and the sisters deserve one too.
Beef squashed.

The sisters are both pissed at Kevin for having broken their precious heirloom during the failed heist. As they bicker over who was daddy’s favorite, they realize that the clock was a fake. Their father lied to both of them.
All this time, they’ve been jealous of one another for the same reason. If only everyone had been honest from the start. Their bond has been strengthened once more and they unite in attacking poor Kevin.
Not so super hero.

At the end of the episode, Kevin asks Chloe to stop following him around because it is getting creepy. Then she drops a bombshell question: Did the meteor give him super powers?
She saw him levitating (when Yvette pulled him up after he fell of the roof of Texas University), he was unharmed after that crazy car accident, and he’s talking to himself like a weirdo all the time. You can’t blame her for thinking he is in the middle of his own meteor-freak-superhero-in-the-making origin story.
Awkward! We know what’ll happen if Kevin reveals the truth. How is he going to explain himself this time? Will Chloe buy what ever excuse he comes up with?
Yvette’s side effects.
Sleep. Is. Awesome. 💤 #KevinProbably pic.twitter.com/ovx1hqo9P9

Being on earth is beginning to take a toll on Yvette’s celestial being. She isn’t used to being among humans and it scares her that she’s starting to behave like one. For the first time ever, Yvette fell asleep.
Kevin may think sleep is awesome, but to Yvette, it is just a waste of time. Plus, she’s starting to worry about what this might mean. It begins with sleep, but what side effects will surface? How badly will it impact her mission? If Yvette stays on earth long enough, will she become fully human? Imagine what it would be like if she suddenly became visible to others.
‘Kevin (Probably) Saves the World’ airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on ABC.

What did you think of “How to Be Good”? What do you make of Yvette’s side effects? Do you have any theories on Kevin’s visions? They’re still a little bit vague, but they seem to be pointing him toward Asia.
