Great Washington’s ghost! Monday’s (Jan. 13) ‘Sleepy Hollow’ was electrifying from start to finish. Ichabod’s super skinny jeans (aka The Devil’s Trousers,) ‘Fallen’-style chilling possessions, breaking and entering, demon vanquishing, family bonding and a head-scratching hauntingly historical twist. “The Vessel” fantastically sets the stage for ‘Sleepy Hollow’s’ epic season finale. It was the “squee” heard…

I’m not going to lie, Hopefuls. Thursday’s (Jan. 9) ‘Saving Hope’ was not at all what I expected. After Charlie finally told Alex the truth about his gift in last week’s exceptional “Wishbones,” I was hoping for some kind of climactic confrontation. I wanted to see Charlie prove the truth to Alex. Instead of fighting…

‘Saving Hope’ sure knows how to make a comeback. After a long break, this Canadian gem packs a punch as we plunge into the lives of our beloved Hope Zion doctors in “Wishbones.” At the end of summer, “Vamanos” left us feeling uneasy. Charlie took a momentary break from life and bounced on a trampoline,…

“The Golem” was even better than I expected, which isn’t a surprise really, since ‘Sleepy Hollow’ never disappoints. The mythical Golem has appeared on other shows before, so I was very curious to see ‘Sleepy’s’ spin on it and I absolutely adore the story they created. The writers went above and beyond my wildest imagination…

Monday night’s “Sanctuary” was a very dark, yet illuminating episode. ‘Sleepy Hollow’ has mastered the art of capturing just the right ambiance. Through the perfect blend of eerie suspense and fascinating flashbacks, we discovered how Ichabod and Abbie’s destiny was sealed ages ago. Lena Gilbert, a young billionaire, purchases an ancient family estate, Fredericks’ manor,…

I’m still fawning over Monday night’s “The Midnight Ride.” As we reach Season One’s half-way point, ‘Sleepy Hollow’ delivers an exceptional episode full of everything we needed to see at this time. Episode 7 provides another unique and fascinating twist on a classic tale from American history, a major turning point for resident steady skeptic,…

Hot damn! ‘Sleepy Hollow’ knows how to make a comeback. After a World Series induced hiatus, Ichabod Crane and Abbie Mills are back in action. “Sin Eater” gave us everything we could’ve hoped for at this point in the 13 episode season. We learn how Crane met his beloved Katrina and discover the sin he…

Monday night’s “John Doe” was bittersweet. We watched this spectacular episode knowing that it would have to hold us over for three weeks while ‘Sleepy Hollow’ goes on hiatus for the World Series (curse you baseball!) Despite my disappointment in missing my favorite new show over the break, I have to admit that this season…

Wow, Sleepy Heads. Are you still processing everything that went down in “The Lesser Key of Solomon”? We learned a lot about Jenny Mills, a bit about the Hessians and we finally know the demon’s name. Although Ichabod and Abbie are now armed with more knowledge, it does not decrease the dangers in Sleepy Hollow. In…
