Once upon a dream fans wished upon a star for a musical episode of ‘Once Upon A Time.’ Today we get a sneak peek of how that dream will come to life this Sunday (May 7). It is going to be AWESOME. Get ready to squee with glee…

Rocking, and rhyming and dancing…Oh my!

Colin O’Donoghue belts out a catchy and very fitting Queen-inspired number (given the great hair, guy-liner, leather and all). Watch Hook sing his vengeful tale to Charming and Snow HERE.

Killian’s vocal chops are in great form and I love how he is even cheeky in song (“Wait for the second verse, love.”) Watching him swashbuckle his way through that fun number gives me major ‘Galavant’ flashbacks. If only ABC had done a ‘Once Upon A Galavant’ musical crossover back then. Sigh…

Chorus Curse

Check out the slideshow (above) for images from “The Song in Your Heart,” which  is sure to be an instant fan favorite. The wonderful thing about fantasy shows is that there’s always a reasonable explanation for the bizarre…like suddenly breaking into song! Here’s ABC official description:

In flashback, Snow and Charming make a special wish that Emma will be protected. The result of their wish has the whole kingdom bursting into song which infuriates the Evil Queen. Meanwhile in Storybrooke, the Black Fairy announces her plans to unleash another curse on the town while Emma and Hook prepare for their wedding.

Music, dancing and a curse…Yup, sounds like your usual ‘OUAT’ wedding!

Entertainment Weekly revealed this detailed set-list for the episode:

1. “Powerful Magic” — Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas
2. “The Queen Sings” — Lana Parrilla, Lee Arenberg, Tony Amendola, Beverley Elliott, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas
3. “Love Doesn’t Stand a Chance” — Lana Parrilla
4. “Revenge Is Gonna Be Mine” — Colin O’Donoghue, pirates
5. “Wicked Always Wins” — Rebecca Mader

7. “Emma’s Theme” — Jennifer Morrison
8. “A Happy Beginning” — Jennifer Morrison, Colin O’Donoghue, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas, Lana Parrilla, Rebecca Mader, Jared Gilmore, Once Upon a Time: The Musical Episode Chorus

Looks like there are more stellar solos and sassy sing-offs in store. This will surely be the most whimsical hour of ‘Once Upon A Time’ ever.
